Important Infos

• Once we have fixed a date that you are coming, we have your flight details and have confirmed availability, we hold the room, you are booked and ready for your Surf Experience!

• Payment will be arranged on arrival, sorry no credit cards. Paying in Euros when you get here is fine. A number of cash machines are available. Note that you only get 200 € each withdrawal and a maximum of 400 € a day.

• As insurance we ask for your address and telephone number in good faith, as a form of deposit.

• There will be a charge of the following amounts of the total holiday price if you cancel your Surf Experience:

     - 20% of the total holiday price if you cancel within 8 weeks,

     - 40% of the total holiday price if you cancel within 6 weeks,

     - 60% of the total holiday price if you cancel within 4 weeks and

     - 80% of the total holiday price if you cancel within 3 weeks.  

     Therefore it's best to have insurance in case you book then cannot come.

• If you arrive early in the morning and want to go surfing that day, let us know about it in advance and call us as soon as you are in the shuttle to the villa.

• If you should not come to one of our villas with our transfer service, please tell us about your approximate arrival time.
