After 26 years in Vila Catarina, it was time for the next step — and in 2023, we opened the doors to the Surf Mansion. Located just outside Lagos, our all-inclusive surf villa offers everything you need to fully enjoy the Algarve lifestyle: a large outdoor pool, sunny terraces, a chill area with ping pong, a garden with over 100 orange trees, a BBQ area, pizza oven, and to top it all off, a sauna, ice bath and hot tub.
As the heart of TSE, the Surf Mansion combines relaxed living with first-class food and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Every day, we take you to the best beaches, with transport included. Comfortable rooms with private or shared bathrooms ensure you feel at home from the moment you arrive.

All rooms in the Surf Mansion are newly designed and individually styled, combining comfort with a relaxed, modern feel. Each room comes with a private bathroom, while two rooms feature bathrooms located just across the hallway. And yes — we even have underfloor heating for the cooler winter months.
Also located on the property is the Cottage, a more laid-back and simple option. It offers three twin rooms and one double room, sharing a bathroom for up to eight guests — perfect for those looking for a simpler stay.
